Maurice Anton Tobin is a published author, licensed
phlebotomist, certified testing counselor, and community health
educator. His commitment and courage to Alameda County to
help reduce the spread of HIV, Hepatitis C and STI’s, garnered
him the opportunity to partner with top organizations including
but not limited to: AIDS HealthCare Foundation, LifeLong
Medical Care Center, and East Bay AIDS Center.
